大波スレートカバー工事
ご依頼の経緯
ご依頼はホームページより受付ました、ご依頼内容は農機具小屋の屋根を取り替えて欲しいとの事でした、現場調査に伺うと大波スレートだったので今のスレートは昔と違いノンアスなので持ちが悪い事をお伝えし、葺き替えでは無くカバーをご提案し、ご依頼を頂きました。
寸法取り
今回の屋根は片側は普通にストレートなのですが、もう片側はアール加工されてますので、カバーの屋根材もアールにラジアル加工しなければなりませんアールの角度も下がりの長さも現場により、まちまちなので建材屋さんに現物を一枚お借りして実際に当てがい、プラス何センチやマイナス角度など書き込み発注致します。
大波スレートカバーエコナミ取り付け
既存のフックボルトの頭のボルト部分の余りをクリッパーと言う器具で全て切断し平に近い状態にし、カバー屋根材エコナミを専用の10センチ程ある長めのパッキン付きビスで留めていきます。
役物等を取り付け完成
エコナミは基本的に屋根本体しか販売されてませんので、棟やケラバ、雨押さえなどは、自社での加工となります、最後に雨樋を取り付けて完成です！
