屋根カバー工事
施工前の様子
毎回思うのですが画像にすると本当に伝わらないのですがコロニアルネオで結構状態は悪い方でした、今回のお客様は私共がやっているYouTube動画の屋根屋のノブを見ていただきご依頼をいただきました。
下地工事、粘着層付きルーフィング
施工事例を見ていて粘着層ルーフィングを使ってるか改質アスファルトルーフィングなのかの大体２択みたいになってますが、お客様のご要望が無い限りは私の方で選択しています、金額も違うのですが選択の基準は築年数や劣化の進行具合で、既存の下地が劣化してそうな場合には粘着層付きルーフィングを選択しています。
石付き屋根セネター施工
いまさ。石付き屋根セネターを施工して行きます、セネターは石付き屋根材の元祖ニュージーランド工場で作られている商品でニュージーランド工場の釜は60年の実績もあり一番優れていると言われています。
仕上げの棟板金、換気棟取り付け
今回の現場の換気棟は少しだけ黒く空気が出てる様子があったので、非常に難しいジャッジでしたが塞がずに換気棟を取り付けしました、本来なら塞ぎたいところでしたが本当に微妙なジャッジです、棟の下地は金属なので腐る心配は有りません、これで完成となります、ありがとうございました。
